Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector. You will work closely with end‑users and partners to generate demand, build a healthy sales pipeline, and support customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Engage with end users and partners to generate demand and create sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while meeting revenue targets.
• Provide quotes, pricing, and product information to customers and partners.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and daily CRM updates.
• Follow established sales processes and partner engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve commercial issues and support growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce or equivalent.
