IT Application Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics Integration

About the role

We are seeking an IT Application Specialist to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics ERP landscape across Morocco. The role is hands‑on, focusing on system administration, integration development and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, support and continuously improve Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms (D365, Business Central, AX, NAV).
• Manage application configurations, upgrades, enhancements and performance tuning.
• Design, develop and maintain integrations between ERP and other business systems such as POS, e‑commerce, CRM, HR and finance.
• Build and support APIs, middleware and data pipelines to ensure reliable information flow.
• Create automation workflows using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps or similar tools.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve application, integration and system issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, security and governance.
• Maintain technical documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business applications, ERP or systems integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365, Business Central, AX, NAV).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience.
