IT Business Process Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Business Process Specialist to join our team and drive the automation and continuous improvement of our business processes. In this role you will work closely with regional IT teams to enhance ERP and MES environments while supporting end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve ERP and MES systems.
• Implement system upgrades and process automation solutions.
• Train and provide ongoing support to users of IT applications.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to optimize and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in IT, Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
