IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the reliability, availability, security and continuous improvement of our technology environment. The role will oversee day‑to‑day infrastructure services, manage external partners and ensure IT supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of on‑premises, hybrid and cloud infrastructure.
• Guarantee performance, resilience and scalability of critical systems.
• Select, coordinate and monitor external IT service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Drive process optimisation, automation and incident‑management best practices.
• Maintain governance, security standards and documentation for compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop the local IT operations team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or technology services.
• Proven track record managing enterprise‑level infrastructure in complex environments.
• Experience leading operational teams and handling third‑party vendors.
