About the role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an IT Operations & Service Coordinator to support a leading international airline. The role blends service request handling, supplier liaison, and small‑scale project coordination within a fast‑moving IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, assess, and coordinate non‑standard IT service requests.
- Engage with suppliers to obtain quotations, manage approvals, and process procurement orders.
- Track requests through to completion, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate small infrastructure and workplace technology projects, including office moves, network connectivity, equipment deployment, and workspace setup.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful closure of initiatives.
- Maintain activity dashboards, operational reports, and contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
