IT Service Desk Agent

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for motivated IT Service Desk Agents to join its growing support team in Morocco. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, providing timely and professional technical assistance while contributing to a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level technical support to internal and external users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Log, prioritize, and manage tickets in the service‑desk system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with users and document resolutions.

Required profile

• Background in IT or proven experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk.
• Fluency in English and German or English and Italian.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Required skills

• IT troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Ticket management and SLA adherence.
