IT Supervisor

About the role

The IT Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day technical operations for Marriott International’s Rabat location. You will ensure that hardware, software, and network services run smoothly, providing prompt support to staff and maintaining high standards of system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business challenges.
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Enter commands and operate equipment to integrate and maintain systems.
• Manage, support, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of daily communications, incidents, and remedial actions.
• Train users on proper hardware and software usage.
• Coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development while upholding fair‑treatment policies.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
