About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an Italian‑speaking Back Office Officer to join its Operations team. In this position you will ensure smooth administrative processing, maintain data accuracy and provide high‑quality internal support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and manage back‑office requests in Italian.
  • Handle administrative tasks and perform data updates.
  • Review, validate and monitor documentation for correctness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service‑level agreements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality and Customer Support teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

  • Fluency in Italian (minimum B2–C1 level).
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Previous experience in back‑office, administration or customer support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems for data entry and record keeping.
