Junior AI Automation Developer

About the role

JHC Consulting is seeking a Junior AI Automation Developer to support an international renewable energy provider. The role focuses on building and maintaining automation tools that streamline the processing of technical, legal, and market data for high‑level advisory work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows for document‑heavy advisory processes.
• Develop tools to extract, categorize, and summarize data from legal filings, technical specifications, and market reports.
• Refine the logic of internal AI tools to ensure accurate and useful outputs for written memoranda.
• Integrate disparate information sources into a coherent data stream for analysts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in automation pipelines.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of automation logic and basic familiarity with current AI models.
• Strong analytical mindset and patience for detailed problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage own schedule.
• Background in computer science, data analysis, or a related field.
