About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific production runs, set up machines according to job specifications, and continuously monitor workflow to ensure that output meets quality standards and tolerances.
• Provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to junior or newly hired operators, helping them understand machine functions and maintain efficient production cycles.
• Conduct periodic inspections and functional tests of machine components, document findings, and share critical feedback with engineers and supervisors to drive continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and repair identified issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain detailed activity logs, and accurately document final product specifications and output records.

Required profile

• Possess 0 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating basic familiarity with machine operations.
• Have completed high school education; additional vocational training or an associate degree in a related technical field is preferred.
