About the role
At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. You will operate common machine tools, identify material properties and produce parts to close tolerances.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute specific production runs, set up machines, monitor workflow for quality, and follow procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to ensure efficient machine operation and quality output.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors.
- Repair identified issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
- Demonstrates values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate logs.
