About the role

Key responsibilities
- Operate common machine tools, identify material properties and produce parts to close tolerances.
- Plan and execute specific production runs, set up machines, monitor workflow for quality and follow procedures for equipment failures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to ensure efficient machine operation.
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine parts, sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors.
- Repair identified issues in manufacturing equipment, maintain activity logs and document final product records.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school; vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
Required skills
- Machine tool operation.
- Machine setup and equipment troubleshooting.
- Inspection and testing of manufacturing equipment.
