Kitchen Agent – 1st Shift (Edibles Production)

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a motivated Kitchen Agent to join the first‑shift team at its Fall River edibles production facility. You will support the creation, packaging, and quality control of cannabis‑infused food products, working closely with the Kitchen and Packaging Supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis‑infused edibles using commercial machinery.
• Prepare ingredients, cook, label, wrap, and operate basic production and packaging equipment.
• Follow batch production orders and standard operating procedures to ensure potency and consistency.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that could damage edibles, maintaining strict quality control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment in compliance with state regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM on the first shift.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve production efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
