Laundry Supervisor – Rabat Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join the pre‑opening team at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. The role involves overseeing the drying, folding and ironing of all hotel linens, including towels, spa and pool linens, and food & beverage textiles, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team operating dryers to dry and fold towels, spa linen, pool towels and food & beverage linen.
• Manage the ironer to press all linens to the required quality and standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Housekeeping or a related Rooms department.
• Business acumen, solid work ethic and effective communication skills.
• Ability to develop and mentor staff towards supervisory and management roles.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English, and eligibility to work in Morocco.
