Lead Developer Power Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Developer specialized in Microsoft Power Platform to join our Casablanca team and work closely with our French counterparts. You will be the technical anchor for a strategic industrial client, driving the design, development and evolution of their digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers based in Casablanca.
• Coordinate technical activities with teams in France and ensure alignment.
• Track development progress, manage the backlog and make architectural decisions.
• Design and evolve Power Platform applications (Power Apps model‑driven, Dataverse).
• Configure tables, views, forms and business rules.
• Implement advanced customizations using JavaScript and C# (plugins).
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows.
• Create custom pages with React, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Manage Git repositories, Azure DevOps backlog and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices and support testing and production releases.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10 years of IT experience, including 3‑5 years as a Lead Developer.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps model‑driven and Dataverse.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript and C#, with experience building C# plugins.
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
• Solid background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to coach developers.
