Lean Support Specialist – Ergonomics & Continuous Improvement

About the role

STMicroelectronics is looking for a motivated Lean Support Specialist to drive ergonomic improvements and continuous‑improvement initiatives on its Bouskoura site. You will work closely with production, safety, engineering and HR teams to create safer, more efficient workstations while applying Lean manufacturing principles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations, tools and tasks, identifying risks related to posture, force and repetitive motions.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance employee comfort, safety and productivity.
• Support Lean initiatives such as waste reduction, standard work, 5S, Kaizen events and value‑stream improvements.
• Participate in process analysis, layout optimisation and material‑flow studies.
• Collaborate on design reviews for new equipment or production lines.
• Develop and maintain ergonomic standards, tools and reporting methods.
• Prepare reports, KPIs and recommendations for improvement projects.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in ergonomics, industrial engineering and continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
