About the role
As a Learning & Development General Learning Specialist, you will design and deliver engaging training experiences across in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Your work will directly support employee performance and align learning initiatives with TELUS Digital’s business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the training environment to support effective learning sessions.
- Deliver standardized training programs using established materials and methodologies.
- Track and report on training metrics such as attendance, completion, and satisfaction rates.
- Maintain training materials and resources, recommending updates based on participant feedback.
- Adapt training materials and resources for different audiences when required.
Required profile
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and learning technologies.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
- Capability to manage group dynamics and create inclusive learning environments.
