Legal Advisor for Tourism Operations

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Legal Advisor to support our tourism operations in Marrakech on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will ensure that all legal documents, contracts and insurance matters comply with Moroccan law and protect the company’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and manage legal contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Handle insurance-related matters, policies and claims as needed.
• Ensure business activities comply with applicable Moroccan laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on liabilities, contractual obligations and potential risks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant parties on legal and contractual issues.
• Prepare and maintain any legal documentation required for tourism operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Previous experience as a Legal Advisor or Legal Consultant in Morocco.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan commercial and contract law.
• Good understanding of insurance and liability matters.
