Logistics & Customs Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics & Customs Associate to ensure the timely, compliant and cost‑effective movement of materials and goods for our manufacturing services in Tetouan, Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international and domestic shipments of leaf, non‑tobacco materials, spare parts, machinery and finished goods.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, Procurement, Planning and other stakeholders.
• Oversee customs clearance in line with Moroccan regulations, liaise with brokers and authorities, and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, certificates of origin and maintain audit‑ready records.
• Maintain shipment tracking tools, prepare logistics and customs reports and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Monitor transportation, customs, storage and clearance costs and support finance in processing related invoices.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and customs operations.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
