Logistics Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for our Salé location to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end material flow across the supply chain. The role combines responsibility for logistics operations with oversight of HR compliance, ensuring efficient, cost‑effective, and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimisation and service level improvement.
• Plan, organise and control all logistics activities, including material planning, warehousing, inventory management and shipping.
• Coordinate with production, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply and minimise waste.
• Monitor logistics KPIs (inventory levels, delivery performance, logistics costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and digitalisation.
• Manage logistics budgets, cost control and performance reporting to top management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949), legal requirements, health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Act as primary interface with customers, suppliers and internal functions, handling escalations and critical disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing logistics teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, internal policies and corporate standards.

Required skills

• Experience with logistics KPIs and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with Lean methodology and process optimisation.
• Understanding of quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Ability to manage budgets and cost control.
