Lounge Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Lounge Manager to lead Aspire Executive Lounges at Mohammed V International Airport and other Moroccan stations. The role combines operational oversight, guest experience excellence, and team leadership to ensure a premium, seamless service for our travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of executive lounges and Fast Track services across Casablanca and assigned locations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain consistent premium service delivery.
• Coordinate new lounge openings, project roll‑outs and third‑party providers (catering, cleaning, maintenance).
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly and use NPS data to drive improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of lounge staff.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, grooming standards and foster a customer‑centric culture.
• Oversee budgetary control, supply ordering and vendor expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or airport lounge management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi‑site teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for delivering world‑class service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in hospitality.
• Budget monitoring and financial oversight.
• Guest experience measurement (e.g., Net Promoter Score).
• Team coaching and performance evaluation.
