Lounge Supervisor – Premium Executive Lounge

About the role

As a Lounge Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of a premium airport lounge, ensuring a 5‑star experience for every guest. You will manage both the lounge and fast‑track services, coordinating staff, vendors and facilities to create a sophisticated, welcoming environment for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily lounge operations, maintaining 5‑star service standards.
• Manage third‑party catering and cleaning vendors, including ordering food and consumables.
• Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness and functionality of all amenities.
• Implement and enforce SOPs to guarantee consistency and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and feedback, driving continuous service improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop the lounge and fast‑track team, delegating tasks and providing coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage schedules, attendance and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑safety regulations and maintain accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or airport lounge operations.
