Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of automated and robotic production equipment in our multinational automotive seating plant. The role focuses on maintaining safety, quality and production continuity while supporting various production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot the double‑rail air handling system, including resets and breakdown repairs.
• Maintain and control assigned welding lines, performing corrective adjustments and line machine maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on automated and robotic equipment.
• Update load programs, back‑up robot data and manage identified software programs.
• Prepare daily activity reports and perform accumulator withdrawal checks.
• Execute electronic repairs on reusable parts in the workshop.
• Perform minor electrical installation modifications under manager supervision.

Required profile

• Technician qualification in Electromechanics of Automated Systems or Industrial Robotics.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong teamwork, analytical mindset, rigor and autonomy.
