Maintenance Technician – Preventive & Corrective

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. The role combines preventive and corrective maintenance across a wide range of electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrotechnical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robots and manipulators.
• Execute corrective maintenance, diagnose breakdowns, implement modifications and propose reliability improvements.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization, QRQC processes and maintain accurate intervention logs for traceability.
• Contribute to daily and monthly meetings, improvement workshops and lead projects related to equipment commissioning and process optimisation.
• Draft and deliver assembly, disassembly and adjustment procedures and provide training to operators.

Required profile

• Technical background in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to analyse failures, propose improvements and work autonomously or under supervision as needed.
• Strong organisational skills to support 5S and QRQC initiatives.
• Effective communication for drafting procedures and training staff.
