Management Consultant – Healthcare/Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our consulting team covering North, East, and West Africa. The role focuses on pharmaceutical and life‑science clients, helping them optimise strategies, solve complex business challenges and improve performance across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development and delivery of management‑consulting projects for life‑science organisations.
• Analyse client requirements, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and develop data‑driven recommendations.
• Collect, structure, validate and analyse data from multiple sources to support client insights.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables, reports, proposals and client‑facing presentations.
• Present findings and recommendations in internal and client meetings.
• Support project planning, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, providing guidance to junior analysts when needed.
• Contribute to business‑development activities, including proposal development and identification of follow‑on opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to develop deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies, healthcare systems and life‑science markets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‑disciplinary team across different regions.
