Manufacturing Team Leader III

About the role

Join TE as a Manufacturing Team Leader III and drive daily production performance while championing continuous improvement. You will coordinate with multiple services, support zone leaders, and ensure that production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily planning support with internal services and lead zone‑leader actions on absenteeism, replacements, and discipline.
• Monitor production output versus targets and enforce PO sequencing compliance.
• Develop polyvalence plans and autonomy for zone leaders across lines.
• Identify and execute continuous‑improvement initiatives in the assigned area.
• Participate in new standards implementation and Level‑2 quality issue analysis.
• Collaborate with HR on administrative matters and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (EHS) instructions.
• Maintain accurate production data updates in SAP according to defined sequences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management.
• Knowledge of wiring processes.
• Fluent in French (spoken) and proficient in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• SAP (production data entry and reporting).
• Quality tools such as QRQC.
• Office automation (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Technical understanding of wiring.
