Marketing Communication Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Communication Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule, meet brand standards, and achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and tracking of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event‑based activities.
• Undertake ad‑hoc marketing projects, such as content creation, market research, and promotional material development.
• Coordinate and manage administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing performance reports.
• Support the preparation of visual assets using design tools to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Highly organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across departments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Versatile mindset capable of handling multiple ad‑hoc tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

Required skills
