Master Data Management Analyst

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is looking for a Business‑Oriented Master Data Management Analyst to join its global MDM program. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for master data entities.
• Collaborate with users to understand data needs and use cases.
• Validate that customer, vendor, and product data comply with business rules such as VAT/tax completeness.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate remediation with IT and MDM teams.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and data‑driven insights.
• Serve as the liaison between business functions (ECS & Components) and technical teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM.
• Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in global, cross‑functional teams.
