ME Coordinator – Preplanning & Project Launch

About the role

The ME Coordinator will lead the pre‑planning and launch of new manufacturing projects. You will define production processes, support start‑up curves and ensure that declared performance targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Cascade operational and functional objectives to the Pre‑planning team and create actionable work plans.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Project Management and Pre‑planning divisions.
• Link design changes during development to adjustments in the production process to maintain product‑process consistency.
• Develop and update the resource mobilisation strategy for the Pre‑planning division.
• Coordinate project plans while launching implementation strategies with other departments.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks and define mitigation scenarios.
• Implement OS and Pre‑planning directives and align with revised versions.
• Prepare and present investment justifications for flow 4, highlighting any variances.
• Conduct Pre‑planning studies and propose manufacturing scenarios that minimise investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of education (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Advanced computer skills.
