Medical Science Liaison – Neurosciences

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Neurosciences will act as the scientific bridge between Novartis and healthcare professionals. You will lead scientific collaborations, implement clinical and educational strategies, and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather medical and scientific data.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, creating opportunities for scientific exchange.
• Develop and execute inclusion plans aligned with national strategies and therapeutic priorities.
• Respond promptly to unsolicited data requests from medical experts.
• Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific support to study sites.
• Facilitate investigator‑initiated trial processes upon request.
• Serve as a medical resource for field colleagues.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.
• Distribute marketing samples where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading scientific operations and cross‑border collaboration.
• Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with healthcare professionals.
