Method Engineer

About the role

Alstom is looking for a full‑time Method Engineer to join its Fez site. You will support the industrialisation of new railway projects, ensuring that technical data and deliverables are accurate, reliable and compliant with safety and ergonomics standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse input data from customer sites to support project industrialisation.
• Maintain and update industrial deliverables such as BOMs, wiring lists and instruction sheets.
• Process technical feedback from manufacturing and quality teams using PDCA and QRQC processes.
• Ensure data integrity across tools like ELSA, GSI and CATIA.
• Coordinate with PIM & SSM to keep deliverables up‑to‑date.
• Escalate cost variations linked to change execution.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus five years in a technical or industrial field (BAC+5 equivalent).
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive or railway industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Commitment to a safe and ergonomic working environment.
