Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop and customise CRM solutions that meet our clients’ business needs. You will work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications according to client specifications.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using plugins, workflows and custom code.
• Develop extensions with C#, JavaScript and the .NET Framework.
• Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity between Dynamics CRM and other platforms.
• Conduct unit testing and support client‑led testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, including configuration details and user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant or in a comparable technical role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
