Microsoft Dynamics ERP Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Technical Consultant to join Müller’s Solutions. In this position you will apply your technical expertise to design, implement, and optimise Dynamics ERP solutions that meet our clients’ business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, customise and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customisations and integration processes.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to maximise system adoption.
• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution and monitoring activities for ERP implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (or other Dynamics ERP modules).
• Experience with ERP project management is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
