About the role
We are looking for a Modern Channel Sales Manager to lead the growth of our modern trade business. In this position you will be responsible for developing key accounts, building strong partnerships, and delivering sales targets across modern trade channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage modern trade channels and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets.
- Negotiate contracts, promotions and commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels.
- Ensure excellent execution of sales and merchandising strategies in stores.
- Follow up on payments, stock levels and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, modern trade or channel management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with in‑depth knowledge of local markets.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
