MR Clinical Expert – North West Africa

About the role

As an MR Clinical Expert you will be the trusted authority for GE HealthCare’s magnetic resonance (MR) portfolio across North West Africa. You will design, lead and deliver education programmes that enable technologists and radiologists to operate MR equipment confidently, from pre‑sale engagement through to post‑installation support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, project management and service teams to deliver integrated customer training aligned with order terms.
• Develop and convey product, clinical and software knowledge to ensure optimal MR performance.
• Provide pre‑sale clinical evaluations and educational sessions, aiming for high Net Promoter Scores.
• Deliver on‑site or remote clinical education that drives revenue realization.
• Produce complete documentation for all training activities, from pre‑ to post‑training phases.
• Maintain proactive customer relationships and communicate feedback to management, sales, marketing and technical support.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience performing MRI patient scans in a clinical environment.
• Comfortable working directly with patients and clinical staff.
• Proficiency with post‑processing software applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
