Network Administrator (Palo Alto)

About the role

The organization is seeking a Network Administrator with deep expertise in Palo Alto firewalls to support expansion and relocation projects for its call center and support groups. You will work closely with senior network staff, IT managers, and external vendors to ensure reliable, standards‑based networking across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Network Administrator with network design, expansion, and relocation initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment acquisition and delivery with telecom service providers and vendors.
• Plan and design complex LAN, WAN, and cloud‑based network configurations.
• Perform peer reviews of procedures, enforce standardization, and maintain policy compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve P1‑P2 incidents and escalated network issues.
• Document and implement normal and emergency network changes.
• Provide third‑level technical support to other technology teams.
• Support global security audits by reviewing evidence and participating in auditor interviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or equivalent role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Professional certifications from Palo Alto Networks (required).
• Proven ability to work with telecom providers and internal IT stakeholders.
