Night Front Desk Agent – Hostel Receptionist

About the role

Join our vibrant hostel in the heart of Marrakech as a Night Front Desk Agent. You will be the first friendly face guests encounter during the night shift, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage night‑time check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Provide information on local attractions, events and travel tips.
• Handle reservations, answer inquiries and fulfill guest requests.
• Process cash transactions accurately and keep the front desk organized.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain a positive online reputation.
• Prepare and serve the breakfast buffet.
• Complete required police reporting procedures.
