About the role
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics. The role ensures punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Order processing management
- Customer order plausibility analysis
- Planning, booking and transportation orders
- Coordination and follow‑up of shipments
- Customs processing (export/import)
- Documentation, administration, invoicing and filing
- Feedback to the customer via mail, phone or EDI
- Operational troubleshooting
- Non‑conformance reporting according to KPIs
- Cooperation with approved subcontractors at agreed rates
- End‑to‑end processing
- Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation
- Preferable a professional degree in logistics and forwarding from a licensed educational institution
- Computer literacy with Microsoft software applications and/or other market‑leading software
Required skills
- Microsoft Office
