Operations & Product Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

HiSEAS Africa is seeking an Operations & Product Specialist to join its Casablanca team. The role focuses on creating and managing inbound travel products for international markets, leveraging deep knowledge of Morocco’s tourism landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage FIT, group series and MICE travel products for overseas markets.
• Upload and maintain product information, pricing and availability on company websites and OTA platforms.
• Support overseas B2B sales teams with itinerary design, quotations and operational coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with local hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive rates, manage inventory and ensure smooth on‑the‑ground delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in inbound tourism, DMC operations or product development in Morocco.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin or Moroccan Arabic are a plus.
