OTC Specialist

About the role

The OTC Specialist will join BASF Coating Maroc’s team in Casablanca, ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash processes and excellent customer service. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, handling data, contracts, and order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate onboarding, account activation, and training on digital ordering platforms.
• Process orders received via email and digital channels, and track order status with S&OP, warehouse, logistics, and sales.
• Manage blocked orders, returns, credit notes, and resolve issues with CRM and Finance.
• Handle product availability inquiries, pricing, delivery follow‑up, and customer claims.
• Prepare and update customer contracts and approval documentation.
• Create and follow up Non‑Conformity Management (NCM) cases.
• Maintain operational reporting and tracking files.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, including customs procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
