Owner – Lead Strategy & Operations

About the role

People Centric Consultancy is seeking an Owner to drive the firm’s overall strategy, operations, and growth. Based on‑site in Ifrane, you will shape consulting offerings, oversee client engagements, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, people‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define business goals and design consulting service portfolios.
• Lead client acquisition, partnership development, and business development activities.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the consulting team.
• Establish internal processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain professional standards.
• Represent the consultancy at industry events and strengthen local and regional presence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Solid operational and financial management background.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, HR, or organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, HR or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ifrane and maintain consistent client and team interaction.
