P2P Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

The P2P Accounts Payable Analyst joins Swissport Business Services Morocco and reports to the Manager Procure‑to‑Pay. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices for English‑speaking countries and for driving continuous improvement of the Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, investigate and post incoming invoices, with or without purchase orders.
• Ensure invoices are processed promptly to guarantee timely payments.
• Handle vendor and internal inquiries via email, phone or other channels in English.
• Interact with local requisitioners, invoice approvers, finance teams and vendors.
• Resolve vendor issues, escalating when necessary.
• Identify and communicate potential process issues to the team leader.
• Apply P2P policies, procedures and internal control standards.
• Contribute ideas for process optimisation and implement quality improvement projects.
• Maintain positive relationships with Business Services teams and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; university degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is desirable.
• 1‑4+ years of experience in accounting or related finance roles.
• Understanding of the full Procure‑to‑Pay cycle and AP regulations is a plus.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or Business Services environment is advantageous.
• Customer‑oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
