About the role
We are looking for a Packaging Agent to join our production team at Cresco Labs. In this role you will ensure cannabis products are measured, packaged, labeled and stored in compliance with our strict quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tasks assigned by department leadership.
- Measure, package, and label products accurately.
- Compare finished goods against product standards to verify quality.
- Maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Safely transport products from the workspace to storage areas.
- Ensure all functions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Required profile
- 1 + year of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced factory, production or manufacturing environment (2‑3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
- Effective time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort working with plant material, including potential exposure to pollen or dust.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale applications (a plus).
