Part-time Brand Sales Consultant – Luxury Luggage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, part‑time Brand Sales Consultant to join the Samsonite and TUMI team inside the John Lewis store on Oxford Street. Working 24 hours per week, you will represent two world‑leading luggage brands, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to a high‑traffic clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the brand‑specific selling ceremony for both Samsonite and TUMI with every customer.
• Achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dedicated brand team.
• Provide solution‑focused customer service and maintain high store standards.
• Ensure timely replenishment of product stock on the sales floor.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend frequently and lift luggage up to 15 kg.
• Previous retail experience with a proven ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong motivation to meet targets.
• Good command of English and flexibility to adapt to shifting store needs.
