Part-time Sales Advisor – Retail

About the role

Join the Samsonite store in London as a part‑time Sales Advisor, providing exceptional customer service and helping shoppers find the perfect travel solutions. Working 16 hours per week, you will represent the brand, maintain a tidy store environment, and contribute to sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, offer product advice and demonstrations, and create a friendly shopping experience.
• Drive sales through detailed product knowledge, upselling, and promotion of features and benefits.
• Handle transactions efficiently, process deliveries, and manage stock discrepancies.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising displays, and cleanliness standards.
• Address customer enquiries, complaints, and phone queries in line with company policy.
• Support security procedures, monitor stock and cash handling, and report any issues.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, telephone enquiries, and administrative tasks as directed.
