Part‑Time Public Records Research Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Zonda is seeking a part‑time Public Records Research Analyst to support its database of new‑home communities across U.S. markets. The role is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work 25‑29 hours per week from home.

Key responsibilities

• Search County Recorder, County Assessor, and GIS websites to locate home sales and deed transactions for targeted new‑home developments.
• Examine GIS and deed records to identify parcel owners and verify transaction details.
• Enter and update findings in a web portal for review by the Regional Research Manager.

Required profile

• Understanding of residential real estate or a strong willingness to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail and solid research abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and the ability to work independently.
• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a phone.
