Part‑time Sales Advisor – Retail (8 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Samsonite’s Bicester Village store as a part‑time Sales Advisor, working 8 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. You will be the front‑line representative of a globally recognised travel‑goods brand, delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the perfect luggage solutions for their journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer travel needs and recommend suitable Samsonite products, providing accurate information on features, warranties and after‑sales services.
• Maintain store performance by staying updated on communications, budgets, targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure accurate pricing, premium product presentation and effective stock control to minimise loss.
• Follow operational policies, including cash handling, health & safety, and store cleanliness.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and support promotional campaigns.
• Communicate courteously with customers and team members, sharing market trends and feedback with the Store Manager.
• Report directly to the Store Manager and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift luggage up to 15 kg.
• Computer literacy.
• Previous retail experience.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Team‑player attitude, motivation and brand sensibility.
• Good command of English.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
