Payroll Analyst

About the role

Join TE as a Payroll Analyst and work alongside experienced payroll professionals. You will gain hands‑on experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management while supporting a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Payroll Specialist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, consolidating attendance, overtime, leave, bonuses, allowances and deductions.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliations to identify discrepancies before payroll runs.
• Maintain accurate payroll‑related employee data in the payroll system.
• Support onboarding, transfers, salary changes and off‑boarding, ensuring all payroll documentation is complete.
• Provide first‑level support for employee payroll queries and prepare final settlement documents.
• Help with payroll reporting, regular controls and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Moroccan labor and social legislation, and confidentiality requirements.
• Identify and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration or accounting.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and Moroccan labor regulations.
• Fluency in English and French.
