Perfumer Laboratory Assistant

About the role

Givaudan, a global leader in fragrance and flavor, is looking for a Perfumer Laboratory Assistant to join its new fragrance office in Casablanca. You will support perfumers by preparing perfume oils, managing samples, and ensuring smooth laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare perfume oils according to predefined formulas.
• Carry out sampling processes efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Maintain and replenish perfumery raw‑material stock.
• Deliver oils to perfumers and the application laboratory on time.
• Order laboratory supplies as needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety norms and laboratory maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives as an active team player.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fragrance compounding laboratory or similar environment.
• Ability to work in a laboratory surrounded by raw‑material aromas.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of LCMS.
