About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Pharma Sales Manager to lead our sales and brand positioning efforts in Morocco. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will develop and execute business strategies that drive net sales, market share and profitability for our pharmaceutical portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast, drive and monitor sales, pricing and promotion across categories and channels.
- Analyse channel performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions based on KPIs such as Net Sales, IMS, DIH, coverage and distribution.
- Manage contracts, budgets and pricing strategies with distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build long‑term relationships with key partners, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, trade marketing and finance teams to align initiatives.
- Ensure excellence in execution of programs such as TRAX, 5Stars, AVC and OSA.
- Oversee dues and cash collection from customers.
Required profile
- Proven experience in channel management, sales or business development within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and partner ecosystems.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyse data and drive key performance indicators.
- Results‑driven, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
